Ladies and Gentleman, We organise in our workshop demonstrations about chocolate.
We would like to share our knowledge in an interactive way.
This takes approximately 45 minutes.

You will discover the origins of cocoa, its evolution throughout centuries, the manufacturing of chocolate

We will give you the opportunity to taste our home-made hot chocolate and some nice pralines.

During the workshop of Planète Chocolat, the participants wear an apron and, in teams, have the opportunity to create step by step, genuine pralines.
Each participant leaves the session with a sachet of pralines made during the session.
